Sir,
I have the honour to report that I have suspended with effect from the 19th of May Mr. Mok Yan-po, Clerk and Shroff, Police Department, and to submit the matter for your approval and confirmation as laid down in Colonial Regulation No. 62.
2. I enclose copies of the report of the Committee of Council, the minutes of Council, and all material documenta relating to the case.
3. Mr. Mok's salary is $1,350 per annum on the scale $1200 to $1500 by 875 so that his case is governed by Colonial Regulation No. 53.
